Toddlers 2

Nurturing for a Lifetime of Learning

Preschool 2-3's

We provide each child with a positive and fun learning experience and a warm family environment. We engage children through play and hands-on, creative lessons. Everyday at Aurora Childrens Early Learning Center is a chance to explore new activities, discover interests and grow with friends that may last a lifetime.

Teachers – Our teachers are certified, consistent, positive and fun.  Low teacher-child ratio is provided daily. Small group sizes allow teachers to get the know individuals likes, dislikes and developmental needs. This creates a comfortable learning environment for each child.

Curriculum – Our curriculum is designed to reinforce each toddler’s individual needs. Children participate in hands on learning experiences while receiving positive nurturing guidance from the very best teachers and staff. We strive to reach the full potential of the whole child by creating activities that encourage each of the following: Emotional Development, Social Development, Motor Development, Language Development, and Cognitive Development. We learn through classroom jobs, everyday activities, lessons, learning centers, routines and play groups.

Friendship and Fun – Books, toys, game, puzzles, crafts, organized play and activities challenge young minds and promote high-quality growth. Group activities allow children to practice sharing, taking turns and talking nicely with others. Consistent play groups allow for long time friendships. With our family style dining children practice good manners and socialization.

Potty Training – As the children show interest they are encouraged to use the potty, flush and wash their hands independently. Their attempts are recorded and given to parents at the end of the day.

Extras – Music, Dance, Art, Spanish, and Technology are incorporated within lessons and reinforced daily. Children are encouraged to express themselves creatively in a comfortable environment and are praised for their unique ideas. Children are invited to showcase their talents at the Holiday Program in December. Happy Feet is offered as an extra curricular activity throughout the year.
